Exquisite views, sit outs, architecture. Excellent food and service, right in the heart of the old city. Warm welcome from the owner. Baggage transfer from taxi to hotel managed superbly by the autorickshaw driver and airport transfer by Mr. Manish

Front office check in was smooth but could have been softer.

The character and layout was unique. The location and particularly the view from the upper patio was gorgeous.

Perfect location,right on the water. Excellent hospitality, sumptuous food and The best view for the best captured Moments,becomes a beautiful memory lane.

Excellent location, and services.

Too many people throng to the hotel/cafe etc almost whole day. No privacy! With the high tariff need privacy/comfort like five star hotels. Don’t make money giving access to digital influencers and cafe/common areas to youngsters for photos. It’s a chaos!

The property is well located and we had a lake facing suite.

Property is always open to.the public, for photos. Even at 0800 with your cafe you will find photo groups. The entire property is not that big, so it's always public.The tours or taxi arranged by the place next door, no extra service but 3-4x the price.

First on the list was the hospitality. The staff was exceptional and very very helpful, never saw any of them without warm smile and greeting. The management was really upto the mark. They went out of the way for making our stay most memorable. The property was amazing with mind blowing view and inside the hotel it was clean, beautiful. Food was yummy, fresh and authentic. When we were there,the rooftop restaurant was very busy, and we had planned our daughter's birthday celebration, eventhough They were short staffed and were struggling with all the orders and managing tables but never missed a chance to make our celebration special. It was great experience and will highly recommend.

We understand the old city location issue but to and fro transportation is a bit of hassle. A bit more of Breakfast options can be added.

The hotel is truly beautiful with charming architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great lake view. The food at the restaurant was generally tasty and being in the hotel felt pleasant.

The overall management needs improvement. The restaurant staff are kind but poorly trained - forgetting cutlery, bringing tea without a saucer and often running out of basic items like glasses or napkins. I was twice asked to show my room key during breakfast to prove I was a guest, which felt awkward.Most disappointing was the constant flow of outside visitors entering the hotel just to take photos, sometimes just right outside our room door. It created a lot of mess and made the place feel more like a public spot than a safe and quiet hotel which shows complete disrespect to paying guests.

The location is magical.... at the water's edge. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, leather, silver, clothing, etc shops. You don't have to go far for anything. The locals are pure delight, friendly and warm. Udaipur was the best of India we experienced. I'll go back in a heart beat!

Amazing hotel! Great location, great facilities and great friendly staff

It’s a hidden gem in Udaipur. We fell in love with everything. We were glad that we decided to spend our last night in Udaipir/India there. The ambience, food, staff, location and everything else exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing that we didn’t like… except for the fact that they didn’t have the sheet that I really loved and wanted to buy…

Very friendly staff that helped us to accomodate any needs. The rooms vere beautiful and clean. The food at the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Location of the hotel was perfect! Small walk to the city palace.

Would be nice if the pool water looked clean. We did not dare to take a dip as the water was murky.

Beautiful hotel, live music, food and staff.

Lots of people seemed to be visiting just to take photos of themselves in the beautiful setting. These crowds were annoying at times.

This hotel is a heritage haveli. It’s situated perfectly on Lake Pichola. The view is amazing and you feel transported back to the times when Rajas ruled over the land. The staff is amazing. Breakfast is accompanied by a santoor which has an old world sound that touches your soul and makes your morning chai even more palatable if that’s even possible! Make sure to go to the rooftop for an epic view of all the lights in the evening.

If you arrive earlier than your check-in time and request an earlier check in time, it will be hard for the hotel staff to accommodate. Good thing is the hotel is walking distance to the main tourist attractions (except Saheliyon ki Bari). Once you’re in the hotel, you really have to push yourself to leave!

The restaurant was very disappointing. Dirty tablecloth and plates. The food was ok but not to the standard of previous meals elsewhere. The staff seemed confused (3 times the waiter arrived with the wrong order) and when the food eventually arrived it was cold. At breakfast there was no water in the coffee machine and no cups. The plunge pool is perfect to relax at the end of the day but spoilt by endless restaurant guests wanting to take photos . It would be very easy to reserve this space just for residents.
